Terms of Service
The basics of buying and using anything from Triple Thread Labs.
Who you're buying from
Triple Thread Labs is a small business based in Raleigh, North Carolina, run by Felipe Matioli. We build browser-based tools for embroidery and DTF shops. You can reach us anytime at [email protected].
What you're buying
Our products are digital tools delivered as HTML files. They run in your web browser, work offline, and need no install, login, or subscription. When you buy a tool, you download the file and it lives on your device. You own that copy.
How the tools work
The tools do math and organize information. Pricing outputs are estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are meant to help you make decisions about your own business, and they are not financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for the prices you set and the quotes you send.
Provided as-is
We build these tools carefully and use them in our own shop, but we can't promise a specific business result. The tools are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Triple Thread Labs is not liable for lost profit, lost time, or other damages that come from using or being unable to use a tool.
Updates and changes
We may improve the tools over time. Because your copy lives on your device, you keep the version you downloaded. We may also update these policies. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
The rules
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. If any part of them can't be enforced, the rest still stands.
Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we don't, and where your data actually lives.
The tools run in your browser and keep your data on your device. We don't see the numbers you type into them. The only thing we collect directly is your email, and only if you choose to give it to us.
Data the tools store
Anything you enter into a tool, such as quotes, orders, or inventory, is saved in your own browser or in a file you export. That data stays with you. It is not sent to us, and we have no way to read it.
Data we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up for the free cheat sheet or a newsletter. We use this to send you the file and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe from any email.
- Basic, anonymous site analytics, if analytics is enabled, to understand which pages people visit. This does not identify you personally.
Services we rely on
- MailerLite handles our email list. If you subscribe, your email is stored there under their privacy terms.
- Payhip is where purchases are processed. Payment and buyer details are handled by Payhip, not by us. We only see what Payhip shows a seller.
What we never do
We don't sell your data. We don't share your email with advertisers. We don't track you across other websites.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails anytime using the link in any message. To ask what we have on file or to have your email deleted, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Refund Policy
What happens if a tool isn't right for you.
Because the tools are digital and download instantly, sales are final. But if something is broken or not as described, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you. We're not interested in keeping money for a tool that didn't work for you.
Why digital sales are final
Once a tool is downloaded, it can't be returned the way a physical product can, since you keep the file. For that reason we don't offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or buying the wrong tool. If you're not sure which tool fits, ask us before you buy and we'll point you the right way.
When we will make it right
If a tool won't open, doesn't work as described, or has a problem we can't fix, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll either fix it quickly or issue a refund.
How to reach us
Send refund and problem reports to [email protected]. Refunds on Payhip orders are processed through Payhip.
License
What you can and can't do with a tool once you own it.
Buy once, yours forever. Use it in your own business, on your own devices, for as long as you like. Just don't resell it, share the file, or repackage it as your own.
What you can do
- Use the tool in your own embroidery, DTF, or apparel business.
- Run it on your own computers, tablets, and phones.
- Keep and use it indefinitely. There's no expiry, no subscription, and no account required.
- Export and keep your own data from the tool.
What you can't do
- Resell, rent, or redistribute the file, in whole or in part.
- Share the file publicly or with other shops.
- Repackage, rebrand, or sell it as your own product.
- Copy the code to build a competing product for sale.
One purchase covers your business. You're buying a license to use the tool, not ownership of the underlying code. Triple Thread Labs keeps all rights to the tools themselves.
Support
Stuck on something? Here's how to get help.
Email is the fastest way to reach us. We usually reply within one to two business days. To get help quickly, include:
- The name of the tool you're using.
- Your order number, if it's about a purchase.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Your device and browser, if a tool won't open (for example, iPhone Safari or Windows Chrome).
A quick note on how the tools work: they run entirely in your browser, so most issues come down to opening the file the right way or a browser setting. We'll walk you through it.
