DTF Standard PNG export · works with every major DTF supplier

DTF Gang Sheet Builder

Drag and drop your designs, hit Auto-Arrange, done. Upload, arrange, export a print-ready PNG — no Photoshop, no Canva, no $40-a-month SaaS tool. You pay once and the file lives on your computer.

DTF Gang Sheet Builder canvas after Auto-Arrange packs designs tightly across the full sheet for maximum coverage

What it does

Auto-Arrange

A real bin-packing algorithm, not a guess. Packs designs for maximum sheet coverage and shows fill percentage and square footage in real time.

Tiled export

Most suppliers cap uploads at 100". Sheets longer than that get split into numbered segments automatically — ready to upload as-is.

Fill Sheet

Pick one design and Fill Sheet tiles it across every available inch, respecting your spacing and margins. One click instead of ten minutes of copy-paste.

Print-ready, offline

Export a standard transparent PNG at 150, 300, or custom DPI. Sheet presets for 22", 24", 13", and UV DTF 11". Works offline after the first download.

Who it's for

Shops that order gang sheets from a DTF supplier and want every inch of the sheet pulling its weight — and shops that print their own and want the layout done in minutes instead of fiddling in design software. You're paying for the sheet either way; a half-empty one is money left on the table.

Straight answers

Does it work with my DTF supplier?
Yes. It exports a standard PNG with transparent background — the same format every DTF supplier accepts. DTFTransfers, Transfer Superstars, local shops, UV DTF printers, all of them. Presets for 22", 24", 13", and UV DTF 11" are built in, and custom sizes work too.
What DPI does it export at?
You set it. 150, 300, or custom DPI, your choice at export time. Most suppliers want 150 DPI for gang sheets.
Will it work on my computer?
Any Windows or Mac desktop or laptop. Open the file in Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox — Chrome gives the best performance for large canvas operations. No install, no login, no internet needed after download.
Can I use it on my phone or tablet?
Not recommended. The canvas editor needs a mouse and a real screen size to use properly. It'll technically open on a tablet, but it isn't built for touch. Desktop or laptop only.
Will my session save if I close the browser?
Yes, it auto-saves your session locally. You can also manually save a project file — including your images — to reload later or back up to another machine.
Is it a physical product or a subscription?
Neither. It's an instant digital download, one HTML file, $29.74 once (15% off the regular $34.99). No renewal, no account, no expiry, and nothing ships.

“Photoshop is expensive. Canva isn't built for this. Doing it by eye by hand wastes material and adds twenty minutes to every order.”
