True cost

Length, width, and coverage turn into an estimated stitch count, then price it against thread, stabilizer, backing, and labor. Override the stitch count by hand any time.

Every backing

Heat seal, double heat seal, velcro hook, or velcro set. Backing size is set automatically from the patch dimensions, so the cost matches what you actually use.

Bulk & rush

A bulk tier applies automatically by quantity. Toggle rush turnaround, hot-knife trim, or large-hoop setup and the price moves with it.
